By accessing or using ShelfRun ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ShelfRun provides an API and web application for extracting and standardizing e-commerce product data from publicly available online stores. The Service collects only publicly accessible information.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
Credits are consumed per store sync. Unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for consumed credits. If a sync fails to return data, no credits are deducted.
ShelfRun extracts only publicly available product data. We do not access private or authenticated store data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.
API keys are personal and non-transferable. Rate limits apply per key. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these terms or abuse the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of extracted data.
ShelfRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
